We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund for your purchase of our Tech Age Parenting Program. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are granted and the process to request one.

Refund Conditions

Full Refunds:You can request a full refund within 7 days from the purchase date.Partial Refunds:We offer partial refunds of 50% if the refund is requested within 14 days of the course start date.No Refunds:No refunds are available if digital materials have been downloaded, if the course has started, or if the refund is requested more than 14 days after the course start date.If a refund is requested within 7 days of the course start date, we cannot offer a refund but can carry forward the payment to the next available cohort.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with your purchase details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

Processing Time

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process once approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Fees and Deductions

Any currency exchange fees, bank transfer fees, and HST tax will be deducted from the refund amount.

Credit Towards Future Courses

As an alternative to refunds, we offer the option to apply the payment as credit towards future courses. This can be a convenient way to ensure you still benefit from our program at a later date that suits you better.
